Frequently asked questions

How much do they cost to run?

Roughly £2 a year in electricity — the fans draw around 15 W. Replacement MERV-13 filters are about £40 a year. There is no subscription.

Are the filters proprietary?

No. The kits use standard MERV-13 filters, so replacements are cheap and easy to source rather than locked to us.
